My personal story started in the 1980s in the service sector of the commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning industries. Direct digital control solutions were quickly changing the way large buildings’ mechanical systems operated. During the 1990s, I was offered a position with Johnson Controls and spent the next ten years there working in various positions within the company. We recognized the opportunity to be a part of the exciting future of energy management and control solutions. From there, Commercial Control Systems was established in 2004.

I believe the key to a successful business is to really listen to what my customers’ concerns are and to present a viable solution with energy cost savings and improved indoor air quality. for a healthy work environment.

We have been in the energy efficiency and building performance contracting business since 2004. Working with individual commercial building owners to save thousands of dollars per year on their energy costs.
